IRRIGATION WATER IS ON! Thanks to Dan Bailey, our HOA’s irrigation water came on yesterday afternoon. We are unaware at this time of any problems. IRRIGATION WATER DELAY – To ensure that the irrigation water coming out of the canal is relatively clean, we are delaying the opening of our HOA irrigation lines until this Thursday afternoon, April 9th. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Walnut Estates irrigation water is scheduled to be turned on late this coming Monday afternoon, April 6th. In preparation, please make sure your main irrigation water valve is CLOSED. If your valve is partially or fully open when the water comes on, you will have a flood in your yard. If you have questions, the contact information for the members of the Irrigation Team is on the HOA’s website: www.walnutestateshoa.com.

The Palisade Irrigation District website indicates that irrigation water will be turned off next Friday, October 24th. Although the Palisade Irrigation District will be turning the water on and off for maintenance purposes between October 24 and 31, all residents should turn off their water not later than October 24th. HOA homeowners can turn their water valve off earlier than the 24th, if they choose, and have your system blown out prior to that as well. But, if you do, be sure to follow the instructions on the HOA website (Documents – Walnut Estates HOA) regarding water valve position for the winter. THE IRRIGATION WATER FOR OUR HOA WILL BE TURNED OFF ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 22ND, FROM 7:30 AM TO APPROXIMATELY 10 AM IN ORDER TO FACILITATE A REPAIR. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT A MEMBER OF THE IRRIGATION TEAM LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE.

The repair has been completed and the water is back on.

DUE TO A NECESSARY REPAIR, THE HOA’S IRRIGATION WATER WILL BE TURNED OFF ON FRIDAY, MAY 23RD, BEGINNING AT 8 AM. WE ANTICIPATE IT WILL BE OFF FOR A FEW HOURS. WE WILL UPDATE THIS NOTICE WHEN THE WATER HAS BEEN TURNED BACK ON.

We’ve had a pipe break and the HOA irrigation water will be off until tomorrow (Sunday, April 13th) afternoon.
